2020 Annual Meeting of the Members

According to section 4.6 of the Bylaws of the Organization, the board of directors hereby gives notice of the annual general meeting of Central Iowa Figure Skating Club which will take place on Monday, May 18th at 7:00 PM. Due to the continuing COVID-19 health crisis, we will be holding our annual meeting virtually.

The meeting is scheduled for the same date and time as we had previously announced, and we will be using Zoom for hosting the meeting. You may join the meeting by visiting https://zoom.us and entering the Meeting ID and Password:

Members of CIFSC have the annual responsibility to elect 3 of our Members to the Board of Directors each year, where they will serve a term of three years. This year we have three Nominees for the three positions. A ballot has been mailed to all members of our Club, please mark up to three Nominees as your choices for Directors and return it in the enclosed envelope. Our Club’s Bylaws require that the ballot be signed by each Member.

The ballot must be received by May 22nd, 2020 – please place it in the mail as soon as possible after the meeting.
