In order to reduce paperwork CIFSC is sending Membership Forms electronically for the 2024-25 season.

To apply for membership:

1. Contact our Membership Chair to Request Membership Form
2. Complete Payment for Memberships

Please contact our Membership Committee at membership@centraliowafsc.org‬ to request a form. You will receive a message by email (one message for each member) with a link in it that you must click to fill out the membership form. If you are a Coach, Associate Coach or LTS USA Instructor, please indicate that in your email.

Completing Payment for Memberships

After completing all the forms, our Membership Chair will send you a link to a webpage where you may pay for your membership(s). We will not be accepting cash or checks, payment for memberships must be completed through our website.

You must have the forms returned and payment made before you can purchase and utilize any of the club’s figure freestyle ice time or learn to skate.

All memberships are non-refundable. All 2024-25 season memberships expire on June 30th, 2025.

Membership Types

Full Member

$132 annual fee + $51 for one parent if under the age of 18.

• Right to participate in club board meetings
• Use of club ice
• Ability to enter competitions and tests
• Ability to enter club sponsored shows
• US Figure Skating magazine
• Secondary insurance
• Reduced price for club ice times
• Discounted show entry fee
• Right to purchase club merchandise
• Volunteer Opportunities 
• Voting member at elections

Introductory Member

$80 annual fee + $51 for one parent if under the age of 18.

• Same benefits as full member but at a reduced rate for the first year

Learn to Skate USA Member

$25.50 annual fee. No additional parent membership required.

• Purchase club ice for private lessons and practice
• Opportunity to participate in group numbers in our spring and winter shows
• Registered as a member of Learn to Skate USA
• Certificate upon completion of each test level in the LTSUSA program

Associate Member

$80 annual fee.

• Must be a full member of another USFS club and is a secondary member of CIFSC
• Generally useful for purchasing club ice and private lessons with a coach
• Opportunity to participate in our spring and winter shows

Collegiate Membership.  

$162.50 fee paid once for four years of membership.

• This is a four-year membership.
• Same benefits as full member but at a reduced rate.
